Argyle Papers

I've got a new freebie to share tonight.  I hope some of you guys can put them to a creative use.  These were the result of a new tutorial I wrote & was testing to make sure I hadn't skipped any steps.  If anyone is interested in the tut, it can be found here.

Some of my recent files were removed by MediaFire - unsure why or for what reason.  Since I don't have a lot of faith in that site at the moment, I'm trying out Box.com as a secondary upload site.  I hope one or the other link will work for everyone.  Let me know if you have any problems though.  Feedback, good or bad, is always appreciated.

My Silly Valentine 2

I've got a new pack of images & word art to share this afternoon.  Last year, I drew & posted set 1, and I started on set 2.  All I got finished before Valentine's Day came and went was the bee so he's been sitting in a folder on my computer for awhile now.  I've got a set of 6 different mouse-drawn images with coordinating word art.  Surely I'm not the only one who remembers the cheesy little Valentine cards we gave out in elementary school?  I've still got a whole list of more of these to draw so we'll see if I manage to get them finished this year or if they will make their appearance for next Valentine's Day!

Contents:
- 6 mouse-drawn images (bee, cyclops, grapes, race car, sailboat, and turtle) with word art for each (all images are large, my starting canvas was 4" x 4" 300 ppi and then cropped to remove any blank space left over, so hopefully large enough for any sort of project you have in mind)
- 6 small Valentine cards suitable for personalizing for yourself or others (each is 200 x 300 pixels)

Year Of The Snake

Now, snakes are one of my least favorite things to look at, but since 2013 is the Year of the Snake, I decided to go ahead and try to make one to continue the set of animals I've done over the past few years.  If you're interested in the previous animals, just click the 'Chinese New Year' label at the bottom of this post to find the other three older ones.

I hope someone will be able to find a use for him.  If you do, please feel free to show me what you did with him.  I'd love to see!

He's pretty big at roughly 1200 x 1200 pixels (300 ppi) so I hope he'll be useable for any sort of creative project you might have in mind.

I love the new design!  So pretty!  Of course, I loved the old one too though, and that's part of why I kept it the same for as long as I did.  But change is always nice.  Thank you for another beautiful blog, Pamela! :)  Hope that all my visitors find it as pretty as I do!

CU OK Thumbtacks Pack

Good evening :)  I've got a little package of CU OK thumbtacks to share tonight.  A friend was looking for a white one, but I couldn't find anything like it when I looked.  So, I started with a white one and made a few more in different colors to go along with it.  Maybe someone else can find a use for these, too.

These are a commercial use OK freebie so you're welcome to use them in kits of your own if you'd like or in other for-profit uses.  Just don't take them and offer them as-is elsewhere, claiming them as your own.  Happy snagging!
