Year of the Horse

Well, although I've been scarce for a long while, and even though this is a bit late, I finally have a new item to share.  It's a new mouse-drawn image to add to the Chinese New Year animals.  If you're interested in snagging the previous years' animals, just click the 'Chinese New Year' label at the end of this post.

I hope some of you guys will like her and be able to find a use for her.  If you do, feel free to let me see what you create.  I'd love to see!

This image is pretty large at 1169 x 2000 pixels.  I hope it will be useable for any sort of project you might have in mind.

My Silly Valentine 2

I've got a new pack of images & word art to share this afternoon.  Last year, I drew & posted set 1, and I started on set 2.  All I got finished before Valentine's Day came and went was the bee so he's been sitting in a folder on my computer for awhile now.  I've got a set of 6 different mouse-drawn images with coordinating word art.  Surely I'm not the only one who remembers the cheesy little Valentine cards we gave out in elementary school?  I've still got a whole list of more of these to draw so we'll see if I manage to get them finished this year or if they will make their appearance for next Valentine's Day!

Contents:
- 6 mouse-drawn images (bee, cyclops, grapes, race car, sailboat, and turtle) with word art for each (all images are large, my starting canvas was 4" x 4" 300 ppi and then cropped to remove any blank space left over, so hopefully large enough for any sort of project you have in mind)
- 6 small Valentine cards suitable for personalizing for yourself or others (each is 200 x 300 pixels)

Year Of The Snake

Now, snakes are one of my least favorite things to look at, but since 2013 is the Year of the Snake, I decided to go ahead and try to make one to continue the set of animals I've done over the past few years.  If you're interested in the previous animals, just click the 'Chinese New Year' label at the bottom of this post to find the other three older ones.

I hope someone will be able to find a use for him.  If you do, please feel free to show me what you did with him.  I'd love to see!

He's pretty big at roughly 1200 x 1200 pixels (300 ppi) so I hope he'll be useable for any sort of creative project you might have in mind.

CU OK Thumbtacks Pack

Good evening :)  I've got a little package of CU OK thumbtacks to share tonight.  A friend was looking for a white one, but I couldn't find anything like it when I looked.  So, I started with a white one and made a few more in different colors to go along with it.  Maybe someone else can find a use for these, too.

These are a commercial use OK freebie so you're welcome to use them in kits of your own if you'd like or in other for-profit uses.  Just don't take them and offer them as-is elsewhere, claiming them as your own.  Happy snagging!

Red Winter Cardinal Image

I got a request for a red cardinal from the 'Winter Berry' blog train kit.  Since I wanted to offer him in the traditional red at some point, I hurried up and got his suit changed.  He may show up in another kit at a later date!  Enjoy! :)

Mother's Day Mini

Happy Mother's Day to all the moms!  Here's a small little bit to share with you guys this evening.  I hope someone might be able to use it.  It's a cluster frame & word art.  The two are not attached.  I just had to overlap them a bit to fit them both into the preview is all.

I hope the frame is large enough to use for full-size scrappers too.  It's 4" wide x 3¼" tall.

My Silly Valentine 1

So I'm a bit earlier than I managed to be last year when I posted the Valentine owl.  I'd wanted to do a bunch of these last year, but I just didn't make it in time.  I hope I'm not the only one who remembers the Valentine cards we gave out in grade school with the cheesy one-liners and puns on images of basic fruits, animals, vehicles, and other objects.  I was in the store this morning & spotted the boxes of kids' Valentines.  It seemed like they were all licensed cartoons, superheroes, or movie-related.  Anyway, hope someone will be able to put some of the images or cards to use!

Special thanks to my Valentine for helping me with the ideas for this set of images! :)  I've still got several others in mind yet to do, hence the "1" in the file name for these, if I can get them drawn in time.  If any of you guys have ideas for others, please feel free to leave me a comment here.  I'll see what I can manage to get done.

Year Of The Dragon

I have a new set of free images to share this evening.  2012 is the Year of the Dragon, so here's a new critter to add to the collection.  There are 10 different colors in the zip file, and these are much much larger than shown on the preview.  Hope someone will like him & be able to find a use for him. :)  If anyone is interested in the animals I've done the previous two years, you can find the Tiger here and the Rabbit here.

Colors in the zip are shown by the squares on the right side of the preview image below.
Each dragon is approximately 7" wide by 4-1/2" tall (or approx. 2000 pixels x 1400 pixels).

Jingle & Jangle

I wanted to do a new batch of Christmas images, and I started on the elves several days ago.  Seeing as how Christmas is just a couple of days away, I figured I'd go ahead and share what I had finished.  I hope someone will like some of the bits & be able to put them to use. :)

The last kit I shared using Skydrive, and everyone seemed to like using that site better than either 4shared or Mediafire.  So that's where I've uploaded this as well.  I'm off work next week so I'm going to try reuploading my other, older kits & bits to Skydrive and will update the links as I get them ready.  I'm going to be changing/updating my TOU as well so will try to do everything at the same time.

So here is what I was using those gradients for that I posted yesterday. Some fireworks to share with everybody. Hope someone can use them for something!

Flower Pack

Something new from me tonight. I keep thinking spring is just around the corner, but then all of a sudden earlier this evening it started snowing. The ground's covered again. lol Looks like spring is going to be awhile getting here still, but maybe these will help brighten things up. Hope someone can use them for something.

Pack contains 24 different flowers. Each is 450 x 450 pixels or 1.5" x 1.5" square in size. So hopefully big enough to use for larger projects. :)

Hoo Loves Ya

Got to thinking about doing something for Valentine's Day today, and I remembered those little Valentine cards we probably all used to give out in grade school. The ones with animals or fruit or foods with a little saying or a play on words relating to the subject of the card. I wanted to make a whole bunch of these, but they probably won't show up before the holiday tomorrow. So, here's one and maybe the first of several others that'll eventually pop up here. Hope someone can use this. :)

I'm actually working on a kit right now too. I hope I'll get that uploaded by next weekend.

Year Of The Rabbit

Two new posts within a single week - no telling how long it will be before I get something else new made & uploaded. lol It's another new freebie image though, sort of a continuation from last year's Year of the Tiger image. The download link for the tiger is still working as of a few minutes ago when I checked it. I'm planning to eventually get one made for each of the Chinese zodiac animals. Plymouth Rock

Well, this actually started out with the intention of being a kit with papers and all the assorted bits I usually add to kits. However, I've kind of run out of time. I wanted to post these before the holiday. Maybe by the weekend I can finish & upload the rest of the bits to go with the drawn elements shown on the preview below.
